Dissapointed with changes
So disappointed with the changes. I bought six pairs of the earlier version of these hipsters 20 years age and wore them at least twice a week before the elastic finally gave out. The new ones aren’t as cool, or as quick drying, or as comfortable

Why no more quick dry?
These are fabulously comfortable as always. They are not as quick drying as previous models. I use them all the time, so that is not so important but it is disappointing when they are hanging damp in a hotel room. I miss the vests as well.

Not Rapid Drying
I loved my older Ex Officio underpants that I bought years ago for traveling… quick, overnight drying, lightweight, comfortable. When those got too old, I decided to buy new ones. They do fit comfortably and are lightweight. Size is consistent. But the new fabric is not quick, overnight drying. They have been slightly damp in the morning which is why I rated them 3. I wish the former mesh-like fabric would return because they dry much faster.

The only underwear you need
I LOVE these underwear for everyday & travel. They are light weight, quick dry and feel great. I am an avid traveler-- out of the country & working out of a carry on suitcase for months at a time. These work great for active moments and site seeing equally. No Lines/smooth.

I love these undies for travel. You can wash them out at night and they are dry in the morning. They are also very comfortable.

Hello Cheryl, The Women's Everyday Hipsters were mainly designed for regular use as underwear, however, they can be used just like any other undergarment. We would not recommend replacing a swimsuit with them, particularly if you intend to use them in chemical-treated water, as prolonged exposure to chemicals my damage the fabric.
