redesign disappoints
I have had earlier versions of the hipster that were of higher quality. The elastic around the legs in ineffective and the overall material is flimsier.

Disappointed in the material of the Everyday Hipster. Very thin. It fits more like a brief than a hipster and I am a size M. Not the old ex-officio hipsters.

Horrible customer service
One of the items is my order was delivered damaged and with a hole in it. After trying to call customer service two times, and waiting 20 plus minutes each time, no one answered. I also submitted a claim and photos on their website. To be met with (weeks later), that the product is now "sold out." No offer to process a refund, or any other timely help to resolve this matter. Minimal effort has been put in with customer service. Think twice about ordering. This is not worth the headache and lack of communication, for a $20+ pair of clothing.

Not what I wanted, OK for now.
This Everyday Hipster was not what I thought I ordered. They're a little on the loose/baggy side, even
though it's my regular size. I'll use two pairs for back-up undies and make sure I order the correct ones next time!

The underpants fit well but the mesh material that my previous panties were made of was preferable. I fear they will not hold their shape as well either.

Hello Cheryl, The Women's Everyday Hipsters were mainly designed for regular use as underwear, however, they can be used just like any other undergarment. We would not recommend replacing a swimsuit with them, particularly if you intend to use them in chemical-treated water, as prolonged exposure to chemicals my damage the fabric.
