I like how the underwear is very easily washable and dries quickly. Very easy and light for packing. However- I am unsure of the quality. I understand that this is a 'revised' version and that the original is much better. I think I can see that. Pantiliners don't stick, and there is an awkward crease in the back.

Not pleased with the changes…
I have multiple pairs of this underwear from years past. The fabric and size has changed over the years and I am not happy with the changes. If I had known that the fabric was thinner and of a different texture, I would not have made this purchase.

Disappointed in fabric change.
OK panties, but the change in fabric is not pleasant. I will switch to another brand. I wish the company had stayed with their original fabric--much better in feel, look, and body.

Different fabric.
Undies are very light and airy. The fabric is quite different from the previous ones I have.
My older pairs are of more substantial fabric and have help up for over 5 years of travel.
Love the feel of the new ones, just would like the fabric to be more heavy. We’ll see how these hold up.

Annoying seam on rear side
I got these for multi-day hiking bc they are light and quick drying. They didn’t have my preferred french cut style so I got the full brief style. And I’m not sure if that is the problem (wrong style) but to me, the seam where the crotch fabric meets the back side panel fabric is annoying. Because the fabrics are joined so far up the rear side, it’s a long seam and very noticeable by the wearer. I kept thinking I had a wedgie going on. I compared with my other panties (Jockey French cut) and that is how I think it’s that seam placement.

THESE ARE NOT THE SAME!!!
These are no longer made the same as even last years!! I read that you were bought out by Newell Brand Co who makes Coleman which is sold in discount stores. I’m very sad as these were my favorites now they are not! 125 dollars down the drain!! Why did you have to change them?? Oh yes; to make them cheaper; well you lost me as a customer and I’m sure by the look of it many others!

Great undies; not a fabric fan
I love these underwear, but I will say I liked the fabric of the former ones better than the current fabric. It is similar, but the newer fabric is silkier. I liked the feel of the other fabric better, and it seems stronger. Not a fan of the fabric change.

Not good for panty liners
Ugh. Other reviewers have commented that panty liners won't stick to these briefs. They weren't kidding. I went to use the toilet, pulled down my new briefs, and my liner fell right in. At least it wasn't my phone this time.

Change isn’t always good
I've been a loyal fan of ExOfficio underwear ever since my 2-year backpacking journey through Europe and Africa. The durability, comfort, and quick-drying nature of their original product made it a staple in my travel gear, proving its worth even years later.
However, my recent purchase of 8 more pairs for an upcoming Southeast Asia trip left me disappointed. The material has changed (not as silky), and the sizing now runs on the smaller side. A word of advice: size up. In addition to the material and sizing changes, ExOfficio's decision to alter the elastic on the waistband and leg openings is a significant downside. The new design not only compromises the comfort that was once a hallmark of their underwear but also introduces an unwelcome issue of visible panty lines. It's disappointing to see these modifications detract from the overall quality and wearability that initially drew me to the brand. Unfortunately, I realized this after washing them, making returns impossible. Change isn't always an improvement, and it's disheartening to see a once-reliable product undergo alterations that impact its performance.

2.0 is a faiure
I agree with the previous comments detailing the inferiority of the 2.o "upgrades" more like downgrades. Elastic is flimsy and overall fit and fabric seem inferior to the earlier model. I am very disappointed - and returned all but the one pair I ended up wearing - before I found out how much I disliked it. Unless you make a new product I wont be buying more.

Perfect briefs ruined
You ruined perfect underwear by changing the fabric. I have been wearing your briefs for years and have loved them. But as they are finally wearing out, I need to replace them. I ordered two new pair, but I hate the new fabric. Nothing will stick to it, so the use of adhesive incontinence pads is now impossible. Women who use adhesive feminine hygiene pads will also be out of luck. I have some re-usable pads to use when not traveling or not being very active, but I prefer disposables that stay in place well when traveling or at the gym and now I cannot use them with your briefs. I am very disappointed. You have lost a loyal customer by not leaving well enough alone.

Loving the new featherweight full cut briefs. I’m hoping they last as long as the somewhat heavier older models I have. I just wish they didn’t have those tags in the back. They irritate my lower back so I have to cut them off. Wondering when/if you will change to labels stamped onto the cloth.
