Five Star Underwear!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great underwear. They are comfortable. They fit well - a medium fits as a medium should. And they are great for running, hiking, and other activities. Five stars!

The only underwear I wear
I bought a pair of ExOfficio underwear from a travel store when we had planned a trip to Italy. I liked them so much that I had tried to find a place to buy more, but the travel store went out of business. It’s been a while now, but I finally found a website to shop for more.
They are, without a doubt, the most comfortable, and durable underwear I have ever worn. Though they’re more expensive
than the underwear I always wore previously, they’re worth it.

Good product/ confusing price
Wanted to buy item in both grey and black. Surprisingly the black color was priced $2 higher than the grey. Ad showed all colors priced the same. Not sure if it was a mistake or a "bait & switch ". Satisfied with the product.

Wed-GIE! Wed-GIE!
Fine until you start steeply uphill, but then, it's nonstop wedgies. Abrasive wedgies, I might add. Any weight savings were negated by need to carry cortisone and hemorrhoid creams. To be fair, I also have this problem with other brands of synthetic briefs. I don't care how cold and wet it gets, I'm going with cotton.

Still GREAT, but less so...
I have been wearing the SAME pairs of Give N Go briefs for the last 10+ years. I know that sounds gross, but they just LAST, and only recently started to look "not new." Compared to the old pairs, these are quiet similar, but there are two key differences. First the good: The fabric is "smoother" and feels better against the skin. The old ones were a little coarser of a weave. These are super comfy. Now the bad: These are noticeably less breathable. I NEVER noticed breathability issues with my old briefs, but immediately could tell these were not as "cool" to wear, unfortunately. I still like them a lot and highly recommend them (especially if they hold up even close to as long as my old ones!), but I would maybe look around at other options next time I need some briefs.

DESTROYED AFTER ONE WEAR!
I believe I received a faulty item. I ordered two pairs of the striped "Give and Go Brief" (SKU AFS_195116062223). I have now worn both pairs once. The first pair performed well. However, after wearing the second pair for the first time I was shocked to discover it had become horrendously frayed on one side. I did not climb a mountain in these things - I merely went about my day. I didn't even go to the gym - most vigorous physical activity was walking up stairs. Upon closer inspection, there appears to be strange folds/permanent seams on the inside of the fabric, which resulted in the outside of the fabric fraying against my shorts. Unfortunately this flaw was not noticeable until after the first wear. This pair is effectively ruined after a single use. I have to assume this is not normal for ExOfficio products. I have contacted customer service to ask for a replacement pair. I intend to update this review if they deliver. If not...well...I recommend steering clear of these products. Durability is pathetic.

Best
Exofficio briefs feel more comfortable, higher quality, maybe more powerful than any other brand I've worn.

Still the best
Same high quality comfort and durability as other models over the years! Wish there were additional colors/shades/designs available for greater variety.

More Comfortable Than Before
I’ve been buying these for years- tried the boxers but just too hot and bunch up with jeans
Briefs are by far more comfortable and the better yet is the latest version of these are more comfortable than ever. The elastic waistband and the brief material is top notch, breathable and comfortable- Big fan.

Wrong
I have had three pairs of similar briefs that are ex officio that are a lower profile meaning at the hip they’re about 3 inches of fabric. These are too big and bulky. Do you still have those size briefs? If so, please let me know.

Indestructible Quality!!
The $20 or so per brief is well worth the money. They are indestructible and lasts for years without breaking down! Perfect for travel! They dry fast.
Realistically, you can get away with 2-3 for an extended vacation.
Hand wash on sink, wring and hang to dry in a dry environment!

Legit
These things are awesome, I use them every day. Highly breathable, does not hold moisture, drys quickly. I went through a phase where I ordered all of the most expensive underwear available trying to find the best to replace these at the end of all that research I just bought more give-n-go.

Great for travel and everyday
My husband has been wearing these for a long time. Originals still in good shape but wanted more. The are great for hot weather, and fit true to size.

Good, but not great!
These are my go to travel underwear. I like the fit and comfort. I’ve washed in bathroom sink when traveling and dry overnight. I just don’t think they’re as good as their original ones. The waist band doesn’t seem to hold—up very long nor does the fabric.

Gold Standard
I have worn the prior version of these for many years and the quality, durability, and comfort are second to none. Highly recommend. Most other briefs are too low in the rise, or they are cut uncomfortably...these are perfect.

EXCELLENT WHITE BRIEFS!!!
I guess I'm technically writing this review for me and my 14 year old son, as both of us LOVE ExOfficio briefs and can't say enough good things about them. As an active Boy Scout & Troop leader respectively, my son & I recently went on a 2 week trek to Philmont. In preparing for the trip, my brother who'd been before with his boys suggested buying "breathable" underwear and said they'd be helpful. I'm 40 years old and I've only ever worn plain white 100% cotton briefs that are $15 or less and come in multi-packs. And since I've always bought the same kind of underwear for both of my boys (we're a "tighty whities"-only family), I was leery about buying what seemed like pricey nylon underwear when we're both used to full cotton. So I started out buying a single pair of these white ExOfficio briefs for each of us to see if we liked them. Thankfully, in wearing them around for a day (I wore them to work & my daily run, my son wore his for baseball practice), we both loved how comfy & breathable they are while staying snug & supportive like our regular briefs. They fit well, seem very durable & well-made, and hold up well after multiple washes. Since we both liked them a lot, I splurged & bought us both 4 more pairs each to supplement our regular cotton briefs we still wore to sleep & when not on the trail. Once at Philmont, I can't tell you how helpful these briefs were. While some of the other dads & boys dealt with sweaty cotton briefs, chafing, frequent changes, etc., our ExOfficio briefs stayed dry, comfortable, and sweat-free even on the hottest days. Plus, they are so easy to wash & dry, even though we didn't have a washer/dryer. Whenever we'd get to a staffed campsite with a "laundry area" (a large sink w/ soap), I was able to wash our briefs & let them air dry, which took no more than an hour in the thin mountain air. Although I haven't bought any more pairs since we've been home, I have noticed my son wearing his white ExOffiico briefs more often than before, and he typically goes back and forth between those and his regular cotton briefs...which is basically the same thing I do. These briefs might be on the pricey side, but trust me when I say they are totally worth the cost, especially if you're planning a long camping/hiking trip, play sports, or run/exercise a lot.

Runs a bit large.
Smooth and comfortable but waistband seems a bit larger than previous generations. Unfortunately there is no size smaller than the current S.
