Purchases made on ExOfficio.com or from an ExOfficio Flagship Store may be returned by mail with an original receipt within 60 days of purchase. Returns are free through ExOfficio.com/returns. Purchases returned within this time frame will be refunded to the original form of payment, minus any shipping charges. Once a refund is issued, your banking institution may take up to 10 business days for this to be applied to your account.

- • Purchases made on ExOfficio.com can be returned via Mail.
- • Purchases made at an ExOfficio Flagship Store can only be returned to an ExOfficio Flagship Store.
- • You must have an original receipt or packing slip and the original form of payment to complete your return.
- • The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- • Gift Returns will be refunded to the original purchaser. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We do not accept the return of ExOfficio product not purchased at ExOfficio.com. Purchases made at an ExOfficio Flagship Store must be returned to the location where the purchase was made and are subject to its return policies.

We are unable to process exchanges. To replace your item(s) with a different size, color, or item please initiate a return for a refund on the original purchase and place a new order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Sale Price Adjustments
ExOfficio will honor a one-time price adjustment for product purchased at full-price on ExOfficio.com within 14 days of purchase. Products purchased on sale or closeout are not eligible for price adjustment.
Returning to an ExOfficio Brand Store
Returns may be made to our ExOfficio Flagship Stores in person or via mail. For more information, you can find the Store Contact Information and Airport Store Return Forms
We are unable to accept ExOfficio.com returns at ExOfficio Flagship Stores. Items purchased in an ExOfficio Flagship Store may be returned to an ExOfficio Flagship Store and are subject to their return policies.
Please do not ship an ExOfficio.com return to a store as it will have to be forwarded to our Distribution Center and will increase the time it takes to process your return.
