Purchases made on ExOfficio.com or from an ExOfficio Brand store can be returned with an original receipt within 60 days of purchase. Purchases returned within this time frame will be refunded in the original form of payment, minus any shipping charges. Once a refund is issued, your banking institution may take up to 10 business days for this to be applied to your account.
See below for more terms for returning your ExOfficio purchase:
- • Purchases made on ExOfficio.com can be returned via Mail or to an ExOfficio Brand Store.
- • Purchases made at an ExOfficio Brand Store can only be returned to an ExOfficio Brand Store.
- • You have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
- • The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- • Gift Returns will be refunded to the original purchaser. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We do not accept the return of ExOfficio product not purchased at ExOfficio.com or from an ExOfficio Brand Store. Those purchases must be returned at the location where the purchase was made and are subject to their return policies.

Returning to an ExOfficio Brand Store
Returns may be made to our ExOfficio Brand Stores in person or via mail. For more information, you can find the Store Contact Information and Airport Store Return Forms
Please do not ship an ExOfficio.com return to a store as it will have to be forwarded to our Distribution Center and will increase the time it takes to process your return.
We are unable to process exchanges. To replace your item(s) with a different size, color, or item please initiate a return for a refund on the original purchase and place a new order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
