The ExOfficio warehouse will be undergoing our annual physical inventory from October 21st through October 24th. Orders placed after 12PM PST on October 20th will not begin shipping until October 26th and will be prioritized in the order that they were received. There may be up to 5 days delay in order processing.

3-Day shipping orders are normally processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Overnight and 2-Day orders received before 11 am PST on business days will be shipped that same day; orders received after 11 am PST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

When an order is shipped, we’ll update your account to show the tracking number(s), and send you an email with the same information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can follow the path of your order from our warehouse to your destination.

Orders shipped to PO Box addresses, Alaska, and Hawaii will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.
