Nearly great
I really like this but the sleeves are WAY too long. 2"+ tends to peak out under my short-sleeve button ups. If you have any hair in an area covered by the shirt, it also looks fairly weird. These definitely look markedly better when shaving chest hair or keeping it trimmed short.
Other than that, they are great at moisture wicking and minimizing oder. As someone who sweats profusely, these have been absolutely fantastic at looking and feeling more presentable in the warmer months.

Quality under shirt
This shirt breathes really well, and dries quickly. The fabric is soft. I've had
one of these shirts with full collar for 6 years. It's still in great shape.
I've found it's easy to snag like a knit sweater and it retains evidence of snag. True, its underwear. Put a shirt on over it and that's a minor concern.
Flat seams are appreciated. But not used down both sides of the shirt and around arms. With arm and side seams joining at bottom of armpit. This makes it less comfortable for me in the armpit. Example, driving on highway for a couple hours at a stretch.
So I wear this shirt inside out, armpit feels better and bonus it makes the collar feel better as well. If it was made with only flat seams everywhere, I could give it 5 stars. You should have a least one in your rotation. I have several.

Fabulous. Must have.
These are incredibly light and comfortable. I use these for hot weather and under dress shorts and icebreaker for colder weather. One of each in a travel bag and you are good to go anywhere for as long as there is a sink to wash them in.
