Rugged and reliable, its lightweight fabric is quick-drying for fishing trips, lakeside bonfires, and other outdoor adventures by the water. Built-in, bug-blocking Insect Shield® treatment gives you the invisible, odorless protection of Permethrin that lasts up to 70 washes. Back vents improve airflow, while built-in UPF-20 sun protection shields your skin from dangerous rays. This button-down shirt offers additional coverage from the sun with its 3-point adjustable collar. A chamois patch at the interior bottom-left placket keeps your shades clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome shirt - check sizing Great shirt! They fit a little big - I normally wear a large but had to size down to a medium. Shirt is comfortable, breaths well, and feels durable. I'm looking forward to that shirt being my go-to for an upcoming two month trip to Sudan.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very uncomfortable fabric I bought this thinking it would be the same/similar to the Ventana, which is one of my favorite shirts (they don’t make it anymore). It’s almost unwearable over bare skin - very scratchy in stark contrast to the super silky Ventana fabric. I washed it several times in hopes it would get better, but the only change is now I can’t return it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dad loves it! I ga e this to my dad for his birthday and now he wants one in all the colors! He especially likes how it does not look like a technical shirt, so he can wear it to more formal occasions (like dinner out or to church.) He’s a O+ blood type so the mosquitoes love him, but not with this shirt in! Exofficio, thanks for making me the favorite kid.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A good product (with caveats) I like the shirt however there are two things that bother me about it. First, the snaps instead of buttons. I would prefer buttons and the snaps at least for now are very tight and troublesome to snap and unsnap. I hope they'll get better over time. Secondly, the sleeve length is a problem for me. While the body of the shirt fits perfectly, the sleeves hang down below my hands meaning I will have to get the shirt altered. Fortunately, I bought my shirts on sale but I would not buy a shirt from ex-officio at full price since I have to then pay for altering. The availability of other sleeve lengths would be appreciated; not everyone is 5'10" and above.
