They're ok
No fly in the front, completely closed. A seam right down the middle of where the fly *should* be was an interesting choice, too.
They're soft. That's the only positive. Otherwise a pretty big let down compared to other exofficio underwear I own.

Extremely comfortable
I’m writing this review after owning for a few weeks and three wear cycles. These are hands down the softest and most comfortable boxer briefs I have ever owned. The fit is excellent and they hold up well after washing. My only hesitation is the price point. They are definitely a premium product. I’d absolutely buy them again if they were more affordable.
