Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great socks!! Great socks. Bought some several years ago and still have them. First for travel as you’re able to wash them and they dry much better than just plain cotton socks overnight. So good for travel. But I also use them for every day.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fair Thus Far Decent light(ish?) weight socks, tight, but in the style of a compression garment and not brutally constricting in my experience. Can't give a definitive answer on the BugsAway treatment is flawlessly effective but so far I have no memory of getting bit while wearing these. I got the larger of the two size options and I normally wear size 12 sneakers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yes! Bugs Away without Deet These socks are perfect when hiking in areas with mosquitos and ticks! While Deet is sometimes necessary, I like to keep it at a minimum, and these socks kept the pests at bay.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Snug Socks I purchased the men's socks because I'm a female that wears a size 12 shoe. I do not like a sock that is too tight and the women's was extremely tight. The men's are still tight so after I wash them I have to stretch over a wooden block.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I used to love Bugsaway pants and socks (I've had two great pairs of each for ten years) , but the quality has deminished to the point I'm being kind to say they are "fair." I used to recommend them to everyone, but never again. I am diappointed the company has gone so far down hill.
