Returns & Exchanges

You do not need a return authorization code to return an item. Simply follow the instructions below to return your product.

Here are a few important things to remember about the returns process:

  • Exchanges, credits and refunds typically take 3-4 weeks to process.
  • Items purchased through Amazon.com can only be refunded.
  • Contact and return info for the stores can be found here.
  • If you purchased your item from an outside retailer, please refer to their customer service and warranty first.
  • Unless the item is defective or has been mis-shipped, the cost of shipping the item to our returns department is the customer's responsibility.
  • We cannot directly process returns outside of the United States, please contact the retailer the item was originally purchased from for assistance.
  • Canadian customers, please call 1-844-641-3396 or email canada@exofficio.com to obtain a return authorization number for processing.
  • The ExOfficio Customer Service Team is ready to help, Monday through Friday, 7am-5pm (Pacific Time). Call us at (800) 644-7303 for assistance.

STEP ONE:

The first thing you need to do is include some basic information.

  • If you purchased the item from ExOfficio (online or over the phone) then your packing slip will do the trick.
  • If you purchased the item somewhere else, or don't have the packing slip, please call us at 1-800-644-7303.

STEP TWO:

Indicate which items you want to exchange and which you would like refunded. Be sure to indicate item number, size, and color of the exchange item. Incorrect item numbers, colors, or sizes will result in an incorrect exchange, so double check before you send it in.

To find the item number you can:

  • Refer to the front side of the packing slip, in the column "item description." The eight numeric digits (e.g. 1001-5090 or 2241-1381) are your item number.
  • If you don't have a packing slip or cannot find/read the number, all of our items listed on the website display the unique item number directly below the price.
  • When in doubt, contact a customer service rep for help.

If the exchange item costs more than the item(s) you're returning, we'll need to collect your credit card info. Make sure to include a contact number so that we can get that information in a safe and timely fashion.
Remember: You can only get a refund on items you've purchased directly from ExOfficio.

STEP THREE:

Place the item in a suitable container with your packing slip or return form fully filled out and send it to the address listed below.

Ship the package back to us using a prepaid shipping label or using a carrier of your choice

Fedex shipping labels can be requested directly from ExOfficio by clicking here, or you may go through the carrier of your choice.

*$5 will be deducted from your return if you use the prepaid label
**If you would like to to return your order using your own shipping carrier please contact customer service for our return address

STEP FOUR:

If you have any questions about the status of your return, please email us at info@exofficio.com. Be sure to include your Name, Original Order number (found in your order confirmation email) and any tracking information you have from the package.
