For the time being, our products will continue to be available on ExOffico.com, at many of our outdoor retail partners online and in a community near you. Our distribution center remains open and we are taking additional steps to ensure frequent cleaning and sanitizing. While the Warranty and Customer service teams remain working remotely, we ask that you not mail in repair product. To better serve you during these ever-changing times we have extended our return policy window to 90 days.
