We at ExOfficio believe in the magic of travel shouldn’t be restricted by your clothing. Our products are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason an ExOfficio product fails to meet your expectations, we will gladly replace it.
For items purchased directly through ExOfficio.com, please follow our new Returns Process or visit www.exofficio.com/returns . You will receive a free return label and RMA barcode to attach to your return package.
Items purchased from an ExOfficio Retail Store must be returned to the store. For more information you can find the Store Contact Information and Airport Store Return Forms.

Here are a few important things to know about the returns process:
- Returns received within 90 days are eligible for a refund. Returns received after 90 days will be eligible for an exchange or gift card.
- Exchanges, credits, and refunds typically take 3-4 weeks to process from when we receive your return.
- Items purchased through Amazon.com can only be refunded.
- If you purchased your item from an outside retailer, please refer to their customer service and warranty first.
- We cannot directly process returns outside of the United States, please contact the retailer the item was originally purchased from for assistance.
- Canadian customers, please call 1-844-641-3396 or email email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number for processing.
