The Winner: One winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible subscribers. Odds of winning depend on the total number of current subscribers. Winner will be notified via email. If winner is unreachable or the information submitted cannot be confirmed within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

We all have to pay taxes, well, most of us do, so you may have to pay sales tax if you are the lucky recipient. By accepting a prize, each winner releases ExOfficio LLC and their respected officers, agents and employees from any responsibility or liability in connection with any prize awarded. By submitting an entry, a winner agrees to allow use of his/her first name for advertising this or similar promotions and allow us to post your first name on our site as the winner of our giveaway without further compensation.
