Frequently Asked Questions

How often will I get paid?
Commission checks are issued quarterly. If your commission for any quarter is less than $50, the total amount will be carried over to the next period. Once it passes $50, a check will be sent in the amount owed to you. As an affiliate, you'll always be able to track your commission status by accessing Performics.

What will it cost?
Let us put this as clearly as possible: Nothing. There is no charge to participate in the ExOfficio Affiliate Program and no minimum sale requirement.

How do I link my site to ExOfficio's?
It's easy! It's so easy to use, even a beginner can copy and paste to create links in just seconds. After your application has been accepted, we'll provide you with a username and password. There are a variety of ways to link with ExOfficio's web site, including links to the ExOfficio home page and specific product categories.

Can I have multiple links to ExOfficio?
If you operate more than one web site, you can have multiple sites under one ExOfficio Affiliate account.

Does my site qualify?
Anyone may submit an application. ExOfficio will review each potential affiliate's web site. We unconditionally reserve the right to refuse membership to a site or to revoke an affiliate's membership at any time if we deem it contains or links to objectionable material. Objectionable material includes pornography, explicit language or content, violence, racism, discrimination, the promotion of illegal activities, violation of intellectual property rights or laws, libelous, defamatory or disparaging materials, or sites with little or no original content.

What happens if I make purchases through my own link?
You get paid a commission for ALL purchases that are made at ExOfficio's web site through your link.

If my site is not up yet, can I apply?
Sorry. We need to review your live site before accepting your affiliate application.

Can a web site based outside of the United States be an affiliate?
Yes.

What is a link? Each link provides a way of sending visitors to a specific page on the ExOfficio site. There are many different ways for you to link to the ExOfficio site, and every link earns you commissions on every sale. Through Performics, just choose from the provided banners, and follow the directions for creating links.

Online Reports
You may download many different types of reports from Performics to track your sales. Just go to the Partner Reporting Center through the reports tab and choose which report you would like to see.

Graphics/Logos and Banners
In order to sell ExOfficio travel clothing successfully, you'll need graphics, logos and banners. We've created an assortment of ExOfficio graphics for you to choose from. These banners come in many sizes and will enhance your ability to profit from an affiliate partnership with ExOfficio. We've done all the banner design and creation, all you have to do is choose the ones you like.

• Promote your affiliation with ExOfficio

Getting Started

Becoming an ExOfficio affiliate is easy. Here's how you do it:

• Read the ExOfficio Affiliate Agreement.
• Fill out the online application.
• When you are accepted into the ExOfficio Affiliate Program, you will get a username and password for the Performics Network.
• Go to http://www.performics.com/login.html and to create links to the ExOfficio site. Choose the graphic or banner that best suits your site and follow the directions to create the HTML for you to cut and paste into your web pages.
• Return to http://www.performics.com/login.html at any time to see reports of how your site is doing, which links are being used, and what people are buying.
• Get paid. ExOfficio will send you a quarterly commission check.
